Fishrarium - Aquarium simulator
An aquarium simulator game born from a hobby of mine. the goal being to not make the game too realistic but not too gamified. finding the balance for each game module was a tough choice as i want people who are actually in this hobby to enjoy this game as well. Players can raise fishes from eggs and breed them with a chance to get a better spawn of that species. fishes have rarities depending how colorful, big, resistance to disease they are. Players are able to sell fishes to buy fish eggs from store to expand their collection of species.
Fishes need to be well fed, Tanks need to be cleaned weekly, temperature needs to be set averagely according to the types of fish species you keep in a specific tank. Players need to keep their fishes happy to get the maximum fish science and coins which generates with respect to the value and happiness of the fishes in each tank, they can then use these currencies to buy more products to enhance their fishes or upgrade the tank components such as water filters and oxygen pumps.
Planned to release in mid 2023. Currently in testing phase

- Creating new game concept from scratch and laying out game design and loop
- Setting up Game architecture for mobile devices
- Creating sprints and tasks for developers and artists.
- Building for IOS/Android and releasing on google Playstore and Appstore for internal testing
- Creating Architecture and design for a market place using RESTful APIs hosted using AWS services (RDS, EC2, DynamoDB)
- Weekly progress meetings and evaluation of tasks to meet deadlines
